DESCRIPTION:7pm via Zoom\nJanuary 18\, 2024-April 18\, 2024 (weekly on Thursdays)\nDr. Alice Millsap\, Director/Instructor \nThis is an introductory program to Christian Counseling for the Lay Counselor.  It is designed for those desiring and have a heart to help hurting people in the local church.  This program will equip the lay counselor with not just a listening ear but with sound and proven Biblical principles\, along with various tools and techniques to implement in helping the counselee deal with issues and challenges through tangible application.  This program will help and teach the lay counselors how to keep accurate records and thus provide the counselee with the proper guidance and help needed to move from the emotional\, personal\, and relational crises they may be facing in the moment and from past experiences.  This program also allows the lay counselors to put into practice learned skills from this course through the Clinicals at the end of the course. \nFor further details contact Dr. Alice Millsap @ 281-258-4943 or drmillsap@christianbibleinstitute.net. \nClick here to Register.
