TO RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION, fill out the renewal form below. Please do not fill out this form using All CAPS. Upon submitting your form, you will be taken to PayPal, where you can pay your $50.00 renewal fee. If you have any questions or need assistance, please Contact Us.
PLEASE NOTE: Certification renewal is the responsibility of each certified individual – the NACC does not send out renewal notices. Please be sure to submit the online renewal form at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to expiration, because processing can take up to 30 days. Renewal Applications will not be accepted more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to expiration.
After you complete the recertification process, you will receive your new certificate in the mail within two to four weeks. If you have not received your certificate within this time frame please contact our administration office at [email protected]
**NACC reserves the right to deny renewal of the counselors certification or licensure or to revoke the counselors certification or license should the counselor be found in violation of the NACC code of ethics. **
