All payments submitted through this page are securely processed. Please ensure that you are selecting the correct payment type before submitting.


General Payment Instructions

Before submitting your payment, please review the following:

  • Payments must correspond with a submitted application, enrollment, or renewal form.
  • Be sure to include your full name and email address exactly as it appears on your application.
  • If you are making a payment on behalf of someone else, please include their name in the payment notes.
  • After payment is completed, you may be redirected to a secure payment processor.

Non-Refund Policy (Important)

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once payment has been submitted and/or coursework or processing has begun, funds cannot be reassigned to another program, service, or individual.

Processing & Delivery

  • Certification, licenses, and official documents are processed after all requirements have been completed and payment has been received.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and mailing of certificates or credentials.
  • Delays may occur if required documentation has not been submitted.

  • Membership Dues

Please ensure you are submitting the correct amount for your selected service.

We receive payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Cashier’s Check, eCheck, Moneygram, Western Union and Zelle. If you are paying by bank check, Please indicate who the student is and their email address. Make all checks and or money orders payable to CBIS.

Renewal Reminder Section

If you are submitting a renewal payment, please ensure your renewal form has been completed prior to payment. Renewal payments are required annually to maintain active certification or membership status.
